Noise Maker Makeover

Everyone around here loves a noise maker. Pretty much any nationally scheduled holiday or family milestone will find us hooting, whooping and noise making to our hearts' delight. This new year's eve we're going to make our noise with a little more panache than the usual dollar store numbers we usually employ. But while we hope our look will be a little more upscale, our budget is not. Here's a $1.50 dollar store noise maker makeover to have your new year's eve pals panting for more toots on the horn!

Here's what you need for your Noise Maker Makeover

  • Noise maker, namely the 2" white plastic mouth piece
  • Dollar Store mettalic bow set(s)
  • Glue gun
  • Glue

Here's what you'll do for your Noise Maker Makeover

Start by firing up the glue gun and pull your materials together.

Remove the paper from the noise maker

Remove the adhesive backing from your bow

Hit the noise maker mouthpiece with a few dabs of hot glue and affix your bow to the mouthpiece

Hold in place to set for 30 seconds or so Et voila!

Party on, pretty ladies and gents! And a very happy and healthy new year to all.

I would love to see your creations. Tag #satsumasmiles on Instagram and we'll share the love. And we'd love to see you on our InstagramPinterest and Facebook - follow along for the fun!
