What are your shipping charges

We charge $8 for all orders less than $50. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

What shipping methods do you use

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. In most cases, this means 1 or 2-day shipping from the time your order leaves our warehouse in Seattle, WA.

How soon do you ship after an order is placed

We usually ship within 2-3 business days of receiving orders. In special order circumstances such as monogramming, back ordered items, or holidays, we ship when products are available and will communicate timing regularly.

Do you ship internationally

We do ship internationally for $35. Depending on the destination and product order, we reserve the right to charge full shipping and handling expenses and will communicate regarding those items.

Do you offer gift wrapping

We offer gift wrapping of all of our products for $5. Gift wrapping is included in our Bento Box Gift Sets. To have your item gift wrapped, please select YES under the Gift Wrap? drop down menu to the right of each product listed in our store.

What’s your return policy

If you are not totally delighted by your Satsuma Designs and need to send back products for any reason with no questions asked.

We will happily refund you the full amount less shipping costs.

Do you collect sales tax

We collection Washington state tax of 10.1% that's comprised of our state, county and city taxes.
