How I Wrapped All My Christmas Gifts with a Patagonia Catalog
My outdoor loving sister and brother-in-law jokingly refer to the outdoor gear manufacturer, Patagonia, as Patagucci for their absolutely luxurious products and the prices that follow. But even with the good fortune of finding a Patagonia pullover under the Christmas tree, you don't have to scrimp to enjoy the brand and their AMAZING holiday catalog.
Our family looks forward with delight to the Patagonia catalog that rivals a National Geographic magazine with their stunningly beautiful photos. It's easy to be transported on location by the scenes they create. I even find myself itching to hike!
I took that catalog and a pair of scissors and set out to create some fun holiday gift wrapping that I know my family will love! If you need your own Patagonia catalog to do the same, simply call Patagonia Customer Service or fill in this form at the link that follows here.
How I Wrapped All My Christmas Gifts with a Patagonia Catalog
Follow along to find out how I wrapped my family's Christmas gifts using a Patagonia catalog. Here goes in clockwise order:
1. Holly berries. Easy. Just find a page of pretty green and start cutting holly leaves. Find a red pullover or jacket and cut a few round holly berries. Done!
2. Polar bears. This adorable polar bear family definitely deserves some holiday attention. Take your scissors and kind of see-saw the blades so you give your polar bears' fur some texture. Glue to the top of a white apparel box and you're done. Rrroar!
3. Heart elfie. Look at this little hand drawn elfie blowing kisses. Adorable. Cut some hears from pink and red puffer jackets. Too cute!
4. Bison beauties. I love this home on the range photo that I used for this gift. I used the same see-saw technique I used with the polar bears to give the mountains dimension. Use a chalk marker to make whimsical clouds. Glue your bison to your package and you're done.
5. Starlight snowflakes. I love they way these blue/green snowflakes turned out. Here is the tutorial I used to make the center cut out style. DIY paper snowflake tutorial link.
