Sugar-Free Lunchbox Treats
Sugar-Free Lunchbox Treats
Are you ready for the new school year? Is your lunch rotation plan in place? Mine isn't either! But one thing I want to work on this year is keeping sweet treats in check. Too often I find myself throwing high sugar and processed foods in the lunch box.
So with a little time and some fun crafting plans I'm going to create some sugar-free lunchbox treats that make the kids smile and won't induce sugar shock. Won't their teachers be pleased?
I've browsed around and have also come up with some of my own ideas to add a little sweetness to lunch each day or even once or twice per week.
With these sugar-free lunchbox treats your kids will be asking for health seconds in no time!
Please share your ideas by tagging the fun at #satsumasmiles and we'll post. Thanks and enjoy!
