Cinnamon Vanilla French Toast
Easy and tasty French toast recipe that answers the question, 'what do I do with this day old baguette?!'
  • 1 Baguette
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 c Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 TBS Butter
Slice baguette into 1/2" pieces.Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in shallow dish.Heat skillet to medium heat.Add butter to skillet.Dredge baguette slices in egg mixture, flipping once and making sure that baguette is fully coated.When pan is hot cook baguette slices, turning once after approximately 2 minutes on first side.Soak and cook remainder of baguette slices.Serve with syrup and bon appetit!
