It's easy to celebrate the things that make life sweet when you're enjoying good health. The energy and presence required to enjoy each moment, comes with planning and preparation. I'm stocking up this cold and flu season with all the essentials to keep us healthy and fight back if the bug does make it to our house.
I've designed a cold and flu season essentials bento box for the busiest room in our home, which I'm sure like you is our kitchen. For my cold and flu season bento box gift set, I made sure to include both prevention items and tools to fight symptoms when they hit.
