Low Carb Bacon, Spinach and Cheese Egg Casserole
Low Carb Bacon, Spinach and Cheese Egg Casserole
There's nothing like starting the day with a delicious breakfast that nourishes with fuel for the day ahead.
My low carb bacon, spinach and cheese egg casserole is one such recipe that is low on extra carbs and sugar and high on both flavor (garlic!) and protein (energy!).
Lazy Sundays
My low carb bacon, spinach and cheese egg casserole isn't the fastest recipe to make in the morning, but it is one of the most delicious!
The recipe requires you to cook your bacon before assembling, which adds approximately 15 minutes to the preparation.
Because my family lives for bacon, twice a week or so, I will cook up a package and store cooked bacon strips that I use for the week's recipes.
Use Pre-Cooked Bacon in Lots of Meals
Having a store of cooked bacon means tons of flexibility for making delicious, family-pleasing meals.
