Start with a small treat cup or paper bowl. Next, thread letter beads onto a sparkle stem or pipe cleaner.
Punch holes in the sides of your treat cup and string your sparkle stems through the holes and secure.
Now, fill your treat cups with festive sweets for new year's eve fun!
