Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jelly Cupcakes
Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jelly Cupcakes
There's no better taste to kick off the new school year like peanut butter and jelly! I'm sharing my peanut butter and strawberry jelly cupcakes recipe for a back to school treat.
These cupcakes are so easy to make with just a few adjustments to a classic cupcake batter recipe. Creamy natural peanut butter and fresh, full berry jelly are the secret ingredients to keep every little school sweet!
I love to serve these cupcakes with some berries and cold milk to balance the sweet and savory tastes. For a sweet effect, I'll pipe my strawberry jelly frosting using a plastic bag and oversized pastry tip. With just a few turns, my cupcakes are frosted and ready to enjoy!
