Thanks to musician Rupert Holmes for putting the pina colada on the map with his hit song titled Escape. You know, the one that asks if you like pina coladas and getting caught in the rain?
I happen to love pina coladas, but prefer mine in the sunshine! I'm sharing a skinny version of the classic pina colada drink for festive celebrating.
The secret to my skinny pina colada version is Torani Coconut Syrup. Torani syrups and sauces are so versitile in every recipe from beverages to baking. I love to use them for unique flavoring for their natural ingredients and real can sugar.

Easy Entertaining
I use all kinds of easy ways to perk up any beverage with a little flair. It's fun to top these skinny pina coladas with an umbrella layered with tropical fruit. Simply chop up some pineapple and pull a few cherries from a jar. Try other exotic fruits too!
Serve more garnish fruit in a little bowl for guests to reload their umbrellas and enjoy a bite between sips!
I use 1" and 2" cubed ice for my pitcher and glasses. I love the look and sound of these perfect little cubes as they drop into a glass!
