Overnight Pumpkin Pie French Toast Casserole
Make this easy and delicious breakfast and brunch recipe the night before including the praline topping.
For best results, melt the praline topping in a microwave safe dish and spread over your casserole.
Top casserole with a sheet of aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until pecans are golden and your french toast is bubbling.
- Buttered 9"x9" baking dish
- 8 slices thick cut French bread
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin pie filling
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
