Pumpkin Pie Spice Toast
Pumpkin Pie Spice Toast
File this pumpkin pie spice toast recipe under ways to celebrate every day!
Growing up my favorite after school snack was cinnamon toast. I got pretty good at making my own and now my kids make theirs. It took a bit for me to let them near the toaster, but we're all good now. This fall, I'm sharing my pumpkin pie spice toast to keep after school cozy and sweet.
Try this easy spice and sugar mixture with your littles and bigs and tell me what they think. My mixture of cinnamon, allspice, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and sugar has been carefully balanced to delight the kids with a mellow and sweet flavor.
Douse your buttered toast with this pumpkin pie spice mix or top pancakes, waffles or hot cocoa.
You'll want to add a little dash of this to your latte or coffee with milk. Add my pumpkin spice and sugar mix to your french toast egg and milk custard before you fry up weekend french toast.
And make sure to pick up one of these little handled sugar shakers at your local Dollar Store or thrift shop. They are so handy! I fill one of these sugar shakers with seasonal toppings all year.
Use this autumn treat whenever you need a little hit of sugar and spice to make everything nice! Enjoy.
