Super Bowl Squares Game Printable
Super Bowl Squares Game Printable
There's so much to celebrate on Super Bowl Sunday! Whether or not your team is in the big game, it's fun to play along. We do this with a friendly game of Super Bowl Squares.
To play, we divide the board of 100 squares you see below in my printable by the number of players. Each person writes their initials in the number of boxes allocated to them.
At each quarter's end and half time, the person with the correct game score wins!
The game score is determined by taking the last number of each team's score and finding it on the grid.
For example, if the first quarter score was 7-14, the person whose initials are in the box that corresponds with the losing team box 7 and the winning team box 4 would win.
Prizes can be as elaborate or as simple as you'd like. I have some prize ideas below to consider for your Super Bowl squares game.
Super Bowl Party Fun
I love to have an activity at all of our gatherings and Super Bowl squares game is a great option to get everyone involved.
It makes for easy and gentle competition and some laughs and nail-biting along the way!
In addition to a game, we love to put out a great snack spread for any size crowd.
My favorite Super Bowl Snack recipes aren't a surprise, but always satisfy.
Each of these dish ideas below calls for just a few ingredients and take just minutes to prep, including my Wendy's copycat chili that simmers in the slow cooker for hours.
- Spinach and Artichoke Dip with Pita Crackers
- Salty snacks and cheesy popcorn
- Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings
- Wendy's Copycat Chili (if we're having a big crowd)
- Tostado Bar - I serve crispy corn tostadas and top with seasoned ground beef or turkey, beans, cheese and plenty of pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole
- Nachos with pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, sour cream and guacamole
- Lemonade and lemon/lime soda punch. I'll add lemon and lime slices too!

I made two versions of my Super Bowl squares game printable to use for this year's Super Bowl LIV (54) and an evergreen version to use in the future.
It's easy to use the game board below!
Click the PDF link you find below, download to your computer and print to a sheet of 8.5"x11" paper.
I like to use a white card-stock to give a little stability and durability to my game board.
Messy fingers and busy hands on game day make card-stock a good choice.

Design Elements
This was a fun game board to design as I used the Adobe Illustrator grid feature for my nice, even squares.
I used the fun and sport signage font, Hoosier Daddy for the team and numbers.
I used Charlinda Regular font for the team names you find in the Super Bowl 54 game board version.
Super Bowl Squares Game Prize Ideas
If you opt to give prizes to your Super Bowl squares game winners, here are some fun things to try.
- Candy, including my favorite Lindor Truffles for every win or as many as the score dictates. 1 for first quarter, 2 for second quarter and so on.
- Football themed treats - offer winners a trip to the prize table with a small Nerf football, travel mug for tail gaiting, seat pad and more.
- If your team is in the big game, offer winners team merchandise to show their spirit.
Whatever you decide, have fun rooting on the team of our choice!
