10 Best Christmas Treats to Give

10 Best Christmas Treats to Give

One reason I love the holiday season so much is the chance to take the time and effort to treat our neighbors to a little holiday cheer when we deliver our Christmas card. This year, I wanted to round up my 10 best Christmas treats to give so I can put my plan into action and hopefully inspire others to enjoy this fun and delicious part of the season. Remember, these Christmas treats are meant to be enjoyed by you too!

I scoured the web to find tasty holiday treats to delight neighbors, friends, teachers, choirmasters, mail carriers, the UPS and Fedex crews who you KNOW could use a little holiday cheer. You'll find variations on treats I've made in the past that have gotten good review; things like bark, chocolate dipped biscotti, truffles, chocolates and more.

But of course, the holiday season is zany with activity so my criteria for the 10 best Christmas treats to give are the following:

  • Tasty - no weird food coloring or rock hard candy elements
  • Adorable - cute to look at, not too cute to eat and fun to package
  • Easy to make
  • Affordable ingredients - so we can both make a LOT!
