Make Fabric Flowers in 30 Seconds

Make Fabric Flowers in 30 Seconds

Need to craft fast, friends?! Here's the tutorial for you. I've created an easy to use primer on how to make fabric flowers in 30 seconds. By the time your glue pistol is ready to roll, you could have whipped out a handful of gorgeous fabric flowers to adorn any wreath, topiary, garland, hair accessory, hat, bag, belt, box, you get the idea...

Here's what you'll need

  • Strips of 2" x 16" fabric or ribbon (the wider the strip, the larger scale the flower and you'll need more length too. Have fun mixing sizes on your project)
  • Glue gun
  • Glue sticks

Here's what you'll do as shown in the tutorial photos below

  • Assemble cut fabric strips and plug in glue gun
  • Fold corner down as shown
  • Roll in corner toward fabric as shown
  • Start making 1/2 turns of fabric away from you and rotate flower clockwise as shown
  • When you're out of fabric, hold end to back and glue
  • Voila! C'est tout! Here's to making it fun!
