Easy gluten free cookies are a great after school or dessert treat for kids, young and old.
Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 c light brown sugar
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 oz creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 c peanut butter M&Ms - if you must, you can use plain M&Ms! :)
  • 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 1/2 c gluten free quick cooking oats
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper (or you can use ungreased cookie sheets)
  3. Blend eggs with sugars
  4. Mix in salt, vanilla, peanut butter, butter
  5. Stir in baking powder
  6. Then add chips and candies and oatmeal
  7. Use Tablespoons to spoon balls on to cookie sheets
  8. Bake 10-12 minutes, cool and repeat with one to two sheets to use up dough
  9. Enjoy!
