It's hard to imagine an experienced eater and feast-goer like me forgetting the cranberry sauce! Alas, reality bites and so do I.

Here is a fast and easy four ingredient orange cranberry sauce recipe featuring my favorite satsuma oranges that I always stock during the holiday season.

From October through December, our refrigerator's fruit drawer is stocked with sweet, easy to peel satsuma oranges for healthy and quick snacking.

I use satsuma oranges in lots of recipes from smoothies to this cranberry recipe to salads with wilted spinach and bacon.

I slice satsumas, toss them with some whole cloves and cinnamon sticks and place them in a saucepan with 2 cups water for a fragrant stovetop potpourri.
