How To Easily Make Beautiful Upcycled Lace Tea Candle Holders
Start by putting setting up your craft station.
Next determine the amount of lace you need by rolling your clear vessel in a strip of the lace.
Use a Sharpie or tailor's chalk to mark to the bottom edge of you lace.
Here you can either leave 1/2" of excess lace to glue to the BOTTOM of your vessel OR you can simply cleanly cut your lace to meet the bottom edge of your glass.
Either technique looks great!
Now you're ready to glue.
Simply brush a thin layer of glue onto your glass and place your lace on top by rolling first and then pulling all edges taut.
Ensure that you like the look of your top edge of lace that can either poke up just above the lip of the glass or below. Chef's choice!
Now brush another thin layer of glue onto the lace keeping glue clear of the glass that is not covered.
That's it! Let your glue dry and enjoy these sweet upcycled tea candle holders for holiday decorating and every day ambiance.
