One of my favorite holiday traditions is the gift wrapping. I know it sounds nutty as I spend my days wrapping birthday and baby shower gifts at Satsuma Kids Shop, but I absolutely love the idea of creating something special to delight.
My modern holiday tree gift tags are meant to do just that. I hope you'll print, cut out and wrap your holiday gifts with these little trees that share just enough holiday without going too far. Sophisticated, preppy and still fun!

Gift Wrapping Strategies
If you're not as fond as gift wrapping as I am, I wanted to share a few strategies that I use to make gift wrapping a fun event, not an overwhelming chore.
- Watch a holiday movie - first rule of gift wrapping it to create a comfortable environment. I have spent plenty of Christmas Eve's in the windowless basement storage room, but I learned to do otherwise!
- Stock up on supplies - Hit your local dollar store for all the gift gift wrapping essentials you'll need: tape, scissors, ink pen (I go sharpie so I don't have to wonder if it will smear), gift bags, wrapping paper, ribbon and bows. And be sure to print my gift tags or browse my Printables section for more ideas for holiday and beyond.
- Have a signature look - I attach a little bell with each bow because we all know that every time a bell rings an angel gets its wings. Please refer to number one above and watch It's a Wonderful Life with Jimmy Stewart immediately!

To make your own holiday tree gift tags, simply download the PDF file below and print on 65 lb. or 80 lb. card stock.
Cut out with scissors or a paper cutter. Punch a hole or cut a small slit in the top of the tree where you'll thread twine, cording or ribbon.
