- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp milk
Marshmallow Frosting
- 1 container marshmallow fluff
Graham Cracker Crumble Topping
- 3 graham cracker sheets
- Cinnamon sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, light-brown sugar, and cocoa powder. Pour in melted butter and use a wood spoon to stir until combine.
Mix in eggs and vanilla extract. Stir in milk.
Add dry ingredients to wet and stir to combine.
Pour batter into 12 paper lined muffin cups filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake for 16 - 20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. If you like gooier brownies, bake for 14 to 15 minutes.
Cool in muffin tin for a few minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Frost cupcakes with marshmallow fluff.
Place cupcakes on a baking sheet and place under broiler for a few seconds until marshmallow fluff has browned.
When marshmallows have browned remove from oven and top with crushed graham crackers and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
Enjoy!
