Halloween beckons and it's just too fun to let a chance to spice up the weekday meals slip by. I've conjured up a few recipes to add to this week's rotation whether morning, noon or midnight. Here's what you'll need:

  • Box heart healthy Bisquick (or scratch pancake mix or gluten-free blend)
  • 1/2 c organic pumpkin
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or sub 1/2 tsp allspice and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Dairy or non-dairy milk
  • Egg or egg replacement (applesauce, banana, other)
  • Whipped cream and syrup to serve

Here's what you'll do:ย
