The Go-To Vanilla Cupcake Recipe
The Go-To Vanilla Cupcake Recipe
Everyone needs a go-to vanilla cupcake recipe and this one is mine! I make this vanilla cupcake recipe weekly for all kinds of celebrations and every day events.
Yesterday, I made these vanilla cupcakes to celebrate a neighbor's birthday. Topped with sprinkles or fruit, these cupcakes can be dressed up as needed. I love the speed with which these come together in a quick half an hour. When your cupcakes are baking, you can have fun with paper, scissors and a toothpick to make your own custom cupcake toppers.

There are so many reasons to make cupcakes from scratch. I used to dread the idea of pulling out all of my baking supplies, but thankfully, I've grown and now that I have all of my ingredients in one area of my pantry, it's a snap to pull everything together fast.
In addition to using ingredients I can spell, this easy vanilla cupcake recipe is fast with easy clean up when using a stand mixer and one extra bowl. I can dress up this recipe with fruits like my Meyer Lemon Cupcake Recipe or leave it classically vanilla and have fun with toppings.
